Phase 1 and 2 include engaging Zoom group classes (2), personalized assessments, goal setting, growth strategies, and progress monitoring via Google sheets & interactive forms for individuals seeking spiritual development and spiritual community.  Included is info on the Origins of Spirituality, a historical perspective of how spirituality evolved.  Our class is enriched with curated book and study material references to enhance your learning journey.
